Neighborhood Watch
One of the charter purposes of Citizens for a Safer San Leandro (CSSL) is the reinvigoration of the Neighborhood Watch program.

In cooperation with the San Leandro Police Department, CSSL aims to encourage San Leandro residents to establish new Neigborhood Watches and provide resources to help Block Captains to be successful.
